Zoom is available to be installed on a laptop, iPhone or android device, and you do not need a Zoom account to join the session. As long as your device has a front-facing camera and microphone, you can use it.

CHECK YOUR INTERNET SPEED
Next, you will have to check the speed of your internet. Having fast, reliable internet is integral to the virtual appointment. If your bandwidth/speed is slow, the video will lag and cut out causing a frustrating experience. For some people in poor cellular coverage areas, this means getting on a wifi network. If you live in a city, and have good cellular signal strength, you can most likely use your cell service but keep in mind that if you use your cellular network, the data transferred will be deducted from your monthly limit.
To help you decide which network to use, click the link below to check your wifi speed. Greater than 10 mb/s on download and upload is recommended. If you are getting less than 10 mb/s, consider changing your network. If you are not getting internet speed greater than 1mb/sec, you will not have a good experience and we recommend postponing the appointment until you can find faster internet.

Do not have an external speaker or headphones that automatically connect unexpectedly.

Our goal is to provide a quality experience for all of our clients. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our Shamans, but our other other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 4 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS
All appointments that are scheduled for Sundays are considered to be on an emergency basis and will face an upcharge fee of $60 in addition to the selected service fee.

It’s time for your appointment. We ask that you please arrive five (5)minutes early. Sit in a quiet room alone. Have a glass of water beside you, along with a notepad and pen and be ready to begin your healing journey.
